15cad85d1e #6793: Adding a content-independent culture selector shape for the front-end (#8784) 
* Adds a new CultureSelector shape for front-end

* fixed query string culture change

* Moving NameValueCollectionExtensions from Orchard.DynamicForms and Orchard.Localization to Orchard.Framework

* Code styling

* Simplifying UserCultureSelectorController and removing the addition of the culture to the query string

* EOF empty lines and code styling

* Fixing that the main Orchard.Localization should depend on Orchard.Autoroute

* Code styling in LocalizationService

* Updating LocalizationService to not have to use IEnumerable.Single

* Matching culture name matching in LocalizationService culture- and casing-invariant

5406b17601 Converting all files stored as CRLF in git to be stored as LF 
LF is the git default and all new files are stored as such. Old files from the hg to git conversion however were moved over as CRLF.

6b14e748ff Splitting culture picker up to Admin and User facing implementations. Removing the Culture Service, and changign the way the culture selectors work. The Admin UI should act differently to the Front end site, and hense should be indepentant of each other. 2014-09-14 13:56:06 +01:00

9f2a9b0550 Fixed bug that caused calendars picker to not be localized when gregorian calendar was used. 
Added more overloads to DateTimeShapes to preserve backward compatibility.
Moved the legacy LocalizationDateTimeFormatProvider into module Orchard.Localization and created feature Orchard.Localization.DateTimeFormat to enable it.
