9a4c5d6c52 Fixing widget layer rule issue 
Ensuring that the layer rule scripting engine supports more complex rules
such as (authenticated) and (url "~/notes").

Add a bunch of unit tests to ensure consistency between DLR based
engine and custom engine.

68a2f6dc51 Invalidate cached configuration when path changes 
The nhibernate configuration stores the physical path to the SqlCe database
so we need to include the physical location as part of the hash key, so that
xcopy migrations work as expected.

a2e5f82196 Fixing an issue with cached permissions, work item: 17057 
If a role was saved with no permissions at all, the inmemory cache
of role's permission isn't cleared because the trigger was outside
of the loop.

2f7315b446 Capture ASP.NET "Application Lifetime Events" in SpecFlow test logs 
This should help diagnose why some of the tests occasionaly fail
