a63014715f Updating the content item edit's publishing controls. 
- if the content item is not "Draftable" there is a single save button that saves and publishes
- if the content item is "Draftable" there is still the save button, which saves a draft, and a publish now button for immediate publishing
- if there's a part on the content item that handles scheduling (like Orchard.PublishLater) then the draft saved should be scheduled for publishing

70426a89b9 Overloading ContentPart to optionally have new shape passed in 
If lambda takes an argument, it is dynamic, and is an uninitialized shape of the named type
ShapeHelper and IShapeHelperFactory are obsolete - IShapeFactory itself is now dynamic

ddca57edd4 Making progress on updating the content manager API fit better with the new dynamic UI composition scheme 
- Includes changing display-related implementations (drivers & views) to work with shapes
- Editor implementations still on the old template model
- Orchard.Blogs is currently using a different display type instead of specifying alterations (for Blog and BlogPost)

f5e80a308e Updated the admin content item list ordering to not exclude any items 
- having to make the orderby join free and roughly order by content version id to get created and modified order. this is also now doing an order and skip/take after running the query up to that point so it's also not ideal for perf

7d6b76d7f5 Getting content publishing/unpublishing hooked up (from the content item list) 
- moved publishing control to the Contents module
- included some prep for adding bulk actions and filtering to the content item list
- publish, unpublish and remove actions need downlevel interstitial pages (functionality only workes w/ JS at the moment)
