Stephane Nicoll 1e07eb3a3d Disable Vaadin with Spring Boot 2.1 ...

The current Vaadin integration does not work properly with Spring Boot
2.1 as it overrides the DispatcherServlet bean. We can remove this
limitation once a fix is available.
