Stephane Nicoll 1d9a68d6fc Upgrade to Kotlin 1.2.20 ...

This commits upgrade to Kotlin 1.2.20 and uses the new stdlib artifact
names. As a result, 2.0  milestones prior to Spring Boot 2.0.0.RC1 are
no longer supported.
