Eric Rowell 5192ccd954 after some more thought, I've decided to remove the Plugins namespace, but keep the plugins directory. I don't want 3rd parties putting some things in the Kinetic namespace, while others put things in the Plugin space. I really don't see a real need for the namespacing. For organizational purposes, the plugins directory still makes sense, however.
