Sebastien Ros 18ff368ac5 Refactoring SweepGenerator 
- Removed IOrchardShellEvents base interface to prevent every request from
instanciating it (as it would be an event)
- Call ITransactionManager.Demand() before executing tasks or nested
transaction scopes with RequiresNew would fail
