Renaud Paquay db3046f68f Fix 1.0 to 1.1 migration issue 
SiteSettings are used very early and often in Orchard, so we
can't rely on having the user be able to run migration for
SiteSettings. The workaround for 1.1 is to move the changes
we did to SiteSettings into a new SiteSettings2 Part/Record.

With this change, database compatiblity from 1.0 and 1.1 seems
to be in a good working state on a real blog site.

Renaud Paquay 030999dda3 Ensure Azure specific IStorageProvider is registered properly 
The AzureBlobStorageProvider components must be registered as a
per-lifetime-scope in the "Shell" container, not in the "Host" container.

This is why it must be registered in the "Config/Sites.Config" file instead
of the "Config/Host.config" files.

This also allows us to remove the "AZURE" compilation directive from
Orchard.Framework implementation.

All in all, this ensures that the files stored in the "Media" folder
are stored in the Azure Blob Storage even when running locally in
Visual Studio.

Renaud Paquay feb927485d Support for running and debugging Azure.Web in Visual Studio 
We need to copy contents files from Modules, Themes and Core directory
of Orchard.Web into the respective directory in Orchard.Azure.Web.

This is because when running Orchard.Azure.Web in Visual Studio, the web
application runs from the Orchard.Azure.Web directory.

Also update .hgignore file to ignore these directories.

Ensuring that the layer rule scripting engine supports more complex rules
such as (authenticated) and (url "~/notes").

Add a bunch of unit tests to ensure consistency between DLR based

Renaud Paquay 68a2f6dc51 Invalidate cached configuration when path changes 
The nhibernate configuration stores the physical path to the SqlCe database
so we need to include the physical location as part of the hash key, so that
xcopy migrations work as expected.

Renaud Paquay 01d740efd3 SpecFlow test for dynamic compilation 
The SpecFlow test for dynamic compilation wasn't actually trigering
dynamic compilation for all modules, because some of the were copied
to the "~/bin" assembly of the hosted ASP.NET application used for
SpecFlow testing.

This now works as expected, and we have 3 tests for this: one with
dynamic compilation enabled, one with dynamic comilation disabled,
and one with forced dynamic compilation (other loaders disabled).

Renaud Paquay 7bb485ed4e Making specflow tests faster 
When setting up specflow tests, we ended up copying the full content
of the "bin" folder of every module. These folder contain not only
the module assembly, but also many other assemblies used by the
Orchard framework (the framework itself, and all dependencies).

We know skip these files, which dramatically decreases the amount of
file I/O needed to start these tests.

Also adding logging to trace what's going on during initialization.
