Lombiq d5f27f560c #20876, #20850, 20849: The default Orchard.Cache cache storage provider implementation now uses the newer and more generic MemoryCache instead of the HTTP cache. It also uses absolute instead of sliding expiration. The new implementation can invalidate all cache entries for just a specific tenant too.

Zoltán Lehóczky 872a1de928 Revert "#20314: DefaultShapeTableManager doesn't keep IShapeTableProviders alive too long any more either." This actually causes "Instances cannot be resolved and nested lifetimes cannot be created from this LifetimeScope as it has already been disposed." errors. 
This reverts commits 411e3f9ddd and b21d637ba4.
