Dave Reed e964798de2 #17666: having 1 (or more) content types containing ContainerPart but not RoutePart brings down entire ContainablePart 
- Containable does not rely on RoutePart to get the title, it just uses metadata.
- Better display when a container is not routable.

Dave Reed e9812cfa24 #17516: Summary and Full text both show up for content items in the Front End. 
Problem was due to alterations coming from placement.info processing were being reordered as part of feature priorities. We must ensure alterations for a given feature are kept in their natural order.

Dave Reed f333723f8a 17368: Multiple tinymce editors on a page broken in some browsers. 
Problem was due to multiple init calls. We now no longer need any dynamic content in the init script, allowing this script to become a library and only included once.
Also made the tinymce init selection more specific to tinymce in case any other modules use the 'html' class at the same time as this.

Dave Reed 00c3cfc803 Added ability to follow an ambiguous link in specflow by specifying filter on the href. 
Fixed bug in 'I follow' link when link has html encoded values (like & => &amp;)

Dave Reed cf241ae898 Contents module redirects to an items AdminRouteValues from metadata after creation. Normally it is just its edit screen, but this allows handlers to customize this per item. Lists for example redirect to the lists contents rather than jump to the list properties screen.

To get to 'list of lists', user content type filter from the content items list.
To create a new list, use 'new -> list' menu item or 'create new list' from the filtered item listing.

Dave Reed c158caba49 - Added 'AdminLink' concept to content item metadata, allows content types to determine where clicking their items from admin should go. Defaults to Edit. 
- Changed Blogs to use AdminLink, no longer needs to overwrite the entire SummaryAdmin view.
- This will also aid the potential future AdminMenuPart for blogs and lists as it can link to the list details instead of their edit properties.

Dave Reed a2e177de76 Smoothing over some MediaPicker rough edges. 
- Can now upload images to a specific folder
- Can now create folders in gallery tab
- Images are scaled before drawn
- Added throbber on image uploads
- Clicking image ensures Chrome displays the image instead of downloads it
- After uploading image the image is selected

Dave Reed 11b37286a2 #17286: ResourceManager should allow condition to be applied. 
Actually, it did, but this wasn't useful for stylesheets that wanted a different 'media' type. You can now set any attribute in addition to the condition, which would also be great for scripts if you need to set an ID or other script attribute.
