Sipke Schoorstra 45661ba81f Added dependency. 
AzureOutputCacheStorageProvider is associated with the "Orchard.Azure.OutputCache" feature, and has a dependency on a IAzureOutputCacheHolder, whose implementation is associated with the "Orchard.Azure" feature.
If "Orchard.Azure.OutputCache" is enabled, but "Orchard.Azure" is not, then a dependency resolution error will occur.

Sipke Schoorstra 425d590d30 Added version options to GetTermsForContentItem. 
This allows to get only Published terms the driver's Display method and the Latest terms from the Editor method.
Question to be answered: what about Exporting: should only Published terms be exported, Latest terms, or based on the "Published content only" checkbox on the Export screen?

Sipke Schoorstra ff7bd9035f Returning the default value even when the element is found, but not the attribute itself. 
This change fixes the issue of a default page size of 0 when setting up a new site.
