Dave Reed e9812cfa24 #17516: Summary and Full text both show up for content items in the Front End. 
Problem was due to alterations coming from placement.info processing were being reordered as part of feature priorities. We must ensure alterations for a given feature are kept in their natural order.

Suha Can 008fa6fe7f Fixing #17515: Can't enable Indexing module in the features section of a recipe 
This was cause1d by a bug in the DefaultIndexingUpdater that was processing all feature enabled events instead of just processing the feature enabled event for the Orchard.Indexing feature.
The code in that file is also obsolete and is not needed anymore.

Nathan Heskew 4c5e5664e0 Having the global widget management UI not blow up if a widget has no CommonPart. 
Also added something in the UI to show prominantly widgets which really have problems. Currently problems == no CommonPart.
