Nathan Heskew 894a3aa505 Adding back a DisplayType shape display alternate for the "Content" shape. 
Also tweaked the order of alternates to minimize the need for additional templates when any non-DisplayType contained alternate is used.

In other words. If there is a Content-BlogPost.Summary template and a Content-42 template is used to override the detail display of a blog post with an id of 42 - then a Content-42.Summary is not necessary.

Nathan Heskew 1b82ea74f9 #17238: A module's default route URL should be a valid URL without the need for further escaping. 
- adding a Path property on ExtensionDescriptor that's used in place of the area name for default route URLs
- the Path property if not set will be the Name if it's a valid URL segment, otherwise it will be the Id
- if an *invalid* Path is given an error will be logged and the extension will not be loaded

Nathan Heskew 381f70d47c Making it so when a content item is set as the home page it's only accessible as the home page and not at its path 
- current implication for blogs is that if a blog is set as the home page its posts are then all rooted (e.g. if a blog at
  /blog is set as the home page then it's available at / and a post at, say, /my-post instead of /blog/my-post). There should
  maybe be a setting to alter the paths of the posts but (1) that's a pain at the moment, (2) hacking the URL by removing
  the post slug would result in a 404 instead of redirecting to /, the path of the blog - we don't handle redirects of that
  nature - and (3) the ability to root a blog in this manner *has* been requested by some.

Nathan Heskew 79fbacf0b6 Updating the RoutableHomePageProvider to use the relevant display action for the given content item. 
This lets unique display actions, like Blog/Item, do their own thing. In the case of the blog, its posts are once again showing up on the home page.

The routing problem (where the home page'd item still is seen as having its own path) still needs to be fixed so the item on the home page can't be hit at different URLs (and so something like paging works on the home page)
