BobLd 0a6ec3946b NearestNeighbourWordExtractor: 
- Improve results by using PointSize
- Make 'filterFunction' public for ad hoc GetWords()
- Allow text in different direction

Make Letter.PointSize public and add warning (needed for NNWordExtractor)
Remove Page.GetPointSize(Letter letter)
