Stephane Nicoll e827a99ac7 Restructure Cloud messaging 
This commit restructures the cloud messaging group by removing binder
specific checkbox for Spring Cloud Bus and Spring Cloud Stream. A new
"Messaging" group is added with RabbitMQ, Kafka and JMS.

To create a new cloud messaging project, the user should now select the
technology and a binder. To support Spring Cloud Stream with Kafka
streams, a dedicated "Kafka Streams" has been introduced.

Stephane Nicoll 1d9a68d6fc Upgrade to Kotlin 1.2.20 
This commits upgrade to Kotlin 1.2.20 and uses the new stdlib artifact
names. As a result, 2.0  milestones prior to Spring Boot 2.0.0.RC1 are
no longer supported.

Stephane Nicoll 18ef480a23 Use default Kotlin plugin settings 
Rather than override the default, this commit removes the override for
the incremental compilation support in Maven. We now relies on all
default now.

Stephane Nicoll fe6e428b2b Bump visibility of Spring Integration 
As "integration" is a frequent term in a description, the Spring
Integration is shadowed by other entries unless its weight is increased.

This commits make sure that integration shows up first when that term is
used, slightly reducing the weight of Thymeleaf in the process.

Stephane Nicoll 7e9856219f Flag spring-cloud-starter-task temporarily as a non starter 
This commit sets the `starter` flag of `spring-cloud-starter-task` to
`true` to force the core starter to be added when only that dependency
is selected.

Stephane Nicoll c33b1df90c Add support for Kotlin's runApplication 
Spring Boot 2.0.0.M6 offers a better integration with Kotlin. A
top-level `runApplication` function can be used to start the app and
additional dependency and plugin management are provided.

This commit simplifies the way a Kotlin-based project is generated when
running with a compatible version

Stephane Nicoll aaecccc0bc Add mappings for renamed Spring Cloud starters 
A number of Netflix starters haven been deprecated in Edgware and
removed in Finchley. This commit makes sure that the new names are used
as soon as Edgware or later is selected.

Stephane Nicoll c2a8b29efd Add explicit support for Spring Cloud and Spring Boot 2 
Spring Cloud does not currently work with Spring Boot 2.0.0.M4 and
later. This commit automatically downgrades to a compatible Spring Boot
version when a Spring Cloud artifact is requested.

It doesn't do that for SNAPSHOT to give a chance to Spring Cloud users
to test and validate the latest state of development.
