ericdrowell b6eb2cdf82 added mouseenter and mouseleave events. mouseover and mouseout were actually functioning like mouseenter and mouseleave. mouseover and mouseout now work similar to traditional DOM mouseover and mouseout. This change enables event delegation to work correctly
